At SKAD, we strongly believe in the importance of being good members of our community. Whether it’s a school fête, local fair, street carnival, festival or charity auction, we want to show our support and do our bit to help make Victoria’s schools and community groups the best they can be.
We understand the importance of providing the best well-rounded education for our children through schools and extra-curricular activities and we want to encourage growth in these areas.
It is our intent to give back to our local communities by way of donating a percentage of commission back to schools, sporting clubs and community groups to assist with funding new buildings, school camps, sporting equipment or any other much needed education or co-curricular items. We want to provide our children with the tools they need to become great people and positive members of their community.
This is an exclusive arrangement between SKAD and a chosen school or community group.
When a family signs an Exclusive Agency Agreement with one of our SKAD agents they nominate a school, sporting club or community group to be the recipient of the donation. Upon the sale of the property Place will donate 5% of the commission from the sale back to the seller’s nominated school, sporting club or community group. All we ask in return is for the recipient to promote Place Estate Agents and recognise us as a sponsor of any events.
We view this opportunity as a win-win for both parties. It allows us to develop stronger ties within the community while giving back to the local area. It provides new avenues for fundraising and for providing children with enhanced opportunities. It is a joint effort to help build and grow our community.
