Disclaimer: I/We acknowledge that we are required to give 28 days written notice and the vacating date must not be earlier than the expiration date of the lease. I/We also agree to provide access to the property in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 for the purpose of showing prospective tenants through during the 28 day notice period. I/We acknowledge that under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 a Tenant must not use the bond as rent at the end of the tenancy and that the property will be returned in a similar condition to that of the condition report provided at the start of our lease.
